After 17 hours of our second day of mediation, our bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement! This moment is not just about the TA, it’s about the unprecedented level of member engagement, unity, and collective action that got us here. A ratification vote is coming soon, all members will have the opportunity to review the full agreement and make an informed decision.

AMU stands in full solidarity with the educators of the Little Lake Education Association (LLEA) who are currently ON STRIKE for the respect, resources, and fair contract they deserve.

On Monday, April 13, 2026, AMU Site Representatives UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED a resolution to formally support LLEA educators on strike! When one of us fights, we all fight. Keep up the strength, LLEA! We are watching and we are with you.
